Spend 18 days at Nautibeach condos in Isla Mujeres just returned. The 1st 7 days had a ground floor in the corner that had no privacy think it was unit 35. Its the one with the wall and street near guard house. Unit had many issues. Everything broken including AC. toilet, shower had no hot water at all, noise from street with locals partying on nearby beach with large palapas. However nothing was more irritating then the housekeeping staff who started banging and moving furniture around 830 AM each morning. Impossiible to sleep in late morning hours regardless of how much you beg them or pay them to stop. Moved to unit 26 on Third floor for second week and it was a better unit with a very nice view, however the maids again moving furniture and mops hitting the walls early mornings made for bad sleep. When you live in NYC you hear banging all day and night everywhere but nothing like these inconsiderate maids , im talking hours and hours in one room! Seems to be all over Mexico but I did ask the staff at the front desk to ask them to keep it down but they do not care. Relly it made the whole trip a ruin because I was looking for a rest and couldn't find it here. Also, many many children running wild on the beach and the pool all day and night. Eventually I moved to a nearby hotel that was small and quaint and did finally get some much needed rest. It seems that for the price here at Nautibeach you can do much better then this. Unless you need a large 2 bedroom unit. The location is great and the beach cannot be beat unless you walk on down North beach where the hippi hangout is then its all adult and peaceful as you can get. We did eat at the Sunset beach grill for lunch a few days and it was found to be overpriced and not great. The little place to the left of the resort is a better bet for both 2 for 1 drinks all day and better food at a better price without the attitude. Overall I doubt I would stay at the Nautibeach again because of the extreme noise. For this price one can go anywhere. This isn't a great deal. « less

Clean, pretty, great swimming pool, friendly staff, perfect beach location, loved it!! The restaurant next door sunset grill was excellent too, very good food and service.

Clean, pretty, great swimming pool, friendly staff, perfect beach location, loved it!! The restaurant next door sunset grill was excellent too, very good food and service. My 8 month old daughter just wanted to spend all day in the pool. Perfect place to stay with baby. Isla mujeres itself was okay, we just came from tulum so was a very hard place to follow. We did a daytrip to garrafon park (national park by the sea) stunning location although not nice to see so many people eating junk food, I suppose that's what you would expect from all inclusive buffet and fizzy drinks. « less

This was an amazing discovery. It was recommended to us by friends, and now that we've been there we will definitely recommend it too. The condos are all different. Ours was perfect for our family of 4. We were on the ground floor right in front of the pool, so very convenient. Complete kitchen, supermarket nearby. The staff was always friendly. The beach is the best in Isla Mujeres. The restaurant was very good. Short walk to the main pedestrian street where all the restaurants and shops are, very lively at night. We'll come back, for sure! « less
