This is one of the better hotels in the area, I have stayed in a handful since I frequent this area. The front desk staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate my early arrival. Upon seeing that I had a newborn with me they offered to have a crib sent to my room. The rooms were clean and were exactly as described. I was given a low floor, which was great since I had a small child with me. A free continental breakfast was included in the rate. It is noteworthy that this hotel is missing a waffle maker, since these are now pretty standard at most other hotels. Overall the breakfast is only OK, due to lack of options. Another kudos to the front desk for also being able to accommodate a late checkout. Overall, you can't go wrong with choosing this hotel. « less

Thank you for taking your time to write a review on our hotel. We always appreciate our guests for letting us know when there are things that are "not quite right", as it helps us to know the areas we need to improve. I apologize for the receipt being left on the floor. Apparently, it was an oversight by our housekeeper and something she should have seen when she vacuumed your room. I am not making excuses for the lawn care, as I am well aware there was a couple of weeks time in which it was not kept up. Our lawn service had been scheduled and got delayed with being able to get to us on time. This has since been corrected and they are now on schedule. I see no documentation by my front desk staff where there was a report of the noise. If you had let us know, we certainly would have been happy to move the location of your room if we had anything else available. We certainly hope you will give us another chance on your next trip to our area.
