This very nice hotel is located on the QUIET part of Rt 30 (about 5 minutes east of the heavily-congested portion of Rt 30 where all the restaurants, outlets and other stores are located) so it's really relaxing to hang out at the outdoor pool. And in case of rain, you always have the option of using the nice indoor pool in the main building.
The room we stayed at was located in the Annex building which sits right in front of the outdoor pool. The rooms in the main building are a little larger and offer queen beds instead of double beds (and, of course, cost slightly more per night) but we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk out of our room and have the outdoor pool right there. The room itself was clean but nothing extraordinary.
I should also note that I enjoyed the free breakfast offered each morning in the main building. Make-your-own pancakes are always a favorite for our family, but I also enjoyed the pre-wrapped breakfast sandwiches (on muffins) that you could pop into the microwave to heat up. They also had bagels, donuts, fruit, cereal, hard-boiled eggs and plenty of drink options. The employees working at the breakfast area did a great job keeping everything replenished, and the seating area was adequate for all but the busiest times.
We will be staying at the Best Western Plus Revere Inn again this August. After vacationing in Lancaster for well over a decade, my only disappointment is that last August was the first time we actually booked a room at this establishment. I wish I had done so years ago. « less

Stayed here for our first ever family vacation on our way down to Myrtle Beach. We decided to stop here since my son loves trains. Rooms were very clean and modern. Check in was fast and easy although the lady at the front seemed a little abrasive. Check out was fast and the breakfast was convenient although very limited. I would stay here again just for the convenient location to everything. « less

Stayed at this BW Plus inn for two nights arriving on Thursday and leaving on Saturday. The Inn is nicely rustic in appearance on the outside and totally modern on the inside. We originally booked a double room, which is located in a separate building away from the main inn and we knew this when we arrived thanks to Tripadvisor reviews. We upgraded to a "queen bed" room in the main building which was very nicely appointed. As with all BW Inns one fault I do have is that they use four smaller pillows on the beds (for effect) which for me is not comfortable sleeping on. For this reason, I usually bring my own pillows when driving to a destination.
The indoor pool and hot tub is very nice and clean just off the main lobby. The breakfast is complimentary, and has a good selection of breakfast faire and instead of the usual scrambled eggs and sausage, they had Jimmy Dean break fast sandwiches as the main hot selection along with make your own waffles. Fresh fruit, cereals, breads, bagels, muffins, are also available.
Attached to the property is the Revere Tavern restaurant which we visited on the Thursday night without a reservation. I think you'd probably need a reservation for Fri/Sat. I ordered the pork steak which was grilled perfectly and was nicely flavoured. will review the restaurant in another review if you wanted to check it out.
The staff was excellant and I would give the location full marks. I should mention, the room rates did increase for the weekend but not substantially.
We were on the third floor and found the air conditioner a little noisy, but a nice feature was that the window was screened and could be opened to allow for "fresh air" « less
