I didnt expect much from this place, its in a town you can pass in the blink of an eye and it doesnt seem to be run by more than a 5 person staff but i have to say the place was clean, comfortable and the ppl here r super nice. the breakfast was a lot bigger than a smaller hotel like this usually has so thanks for that. it was nice getting to swim in the pool with the temp in the 30s, they have a fitness room my husband spent some time in but i didnt use it myself. overall a must stay hotel. thank you guys for the awesome couple of nights. « less

I stayed at this location in March 2013. They have a very small staff, but seem to handle customers pretty well, very friendly and helpful. Each visit to the front required a few min wait while someone came from upstairs to help, no a big issue. The property is a little dated but is pretty clean. I would consider staying here again. « less

My first encounter with the horrible service was when I returned to my room after dinner and it was 64 degrees and my heater was blowing out cold air. I called the desk to complain and was rudely informed that I would just have to deal with it until the heater warmed back up and that it had something to do with not being in my room.
Secondly, I only stayed at this hotel one night, however when I checked my bank account the following week, they charged me for two. I called the hotel and was told that I would receive a refund immediately. 4 days later, I still had not received a refund, so I called back and spoke with the same person again. He said he would take care of it that day. I checked my bank account later that day to find that instead of a refund, he charged me AGAIN. When I called to tell him that I had now been charged for 3 nights, he was very rude to me. I eventually got my money back, but I will never stay here again. « less

This is a meth town. It's pretty bad and some shady stuff went down while I was stating at the hotel. I will never stay there again! Random people probably on meth were walking around the parking lot at night looking in cars. I should have called the police, but didn't want to deal with. I just wanted to leave the entire time. Felt VERY uncomfortable!
