Well just got back after staying at this hotel and have to say we had a brilliant time. We were lucky as the hotel opened the same day as our arrival so it was so quiet. We had amazing service from helpful staff and the location was perfect with the all inclusive beach bar on the beach. Really recommend vincents bar in the town for family entertainment the entertainer is just fab. Glass boat trip worth doing and definatly the ibiza express trip to the caves. Unfortunatly we missed the hippy market as we flew on the wed and thats the day it was on. If u have kids then the hotel is perfect for u as its very child friendly. Food was fabulous amazing salad bar range and breakfast range, something for everyone. Definatly would return « less

Sorry in the delay in reviewing. I stayed at the Paradise Beach for 1 week all inclusive in September 2012, with my husband.
Check in was reasonable, a bit slow, but we eventually got through and was directed to our room. The room was nice, clean and spacious, with a lovely view over the pool. However, we were on the 2nd floor and the water pressure was absolutely appauling. We complained on numerous occasions, but were told that basically it was tough, the water pressure was bad - deal with it. Sometimes, whilst showering, the water stopped altogether; hence it took nearly 45 minutes to shampoo and condition your hair!!
The pool was nice, and the pool bar did snacks up until closing, which was handy (tortillos/tacos etc). However, that was also where the entertainment was held - right next to the pool. The actual stage was at the top of the stairs that you had to go up to get to our room and the bar, which wasn't ideal. It was dangerous that children, when watching the shows, were at the top of a flight of stone stairs! However, the entertainers did work their socks off to make you smile.
The dining area was very bizarre. There was a flight of stairs up to the dining room, (Which you had to queue on if the dining room was full), all the table and chairs were squeezed in and was very awkward to move around. There were seats on the first level, (also were the drinks were), then you had to go up another flight of stairs to get to the food; which is riduculous that you are carrying food and drinks up and down stairs! The food was reasonable - but nothing too exiciting.
The best thing about this complex was the beach bar. This looked directly onto the secluded beach and was fabulous to sit and watch the sun set. They also did better meals there, only burgers and pizza etc., but was sufficient.
It was only a short walk into the town, where you could walk right around the cove and the prices for beer etc were reasonable.
All in all, for the price we paid, it was a nice getaway. But I wouldn't go again. « less

This is a bit of a late review. We stayed here last June/July/(27th-3rd) we stayed as a group of 4(2 adults&2kids-13&16) Our first impression of the hotel was lovely location, great views, clean looking hotel. The check-in was very efficient. We went straight to our room and were surprised at how big it was. The room was very nice and the balcony was really spacious with lovely views of the pool and beach. The food was okay. Breakfast was lovely but the food at dinner and tea wasn't as nice. The beach bar was very nice! Best of all, they served proper branded icecreams(feast, cornettos etc) The entertainment was good, the entertainment team tried very hard to get people joining in and having fun. The pool was lovely. The beach was just across the road and there is a bigger beach further along the road(5-10minutes away) I would recommend this hotel;however we wouldn't go back again as we found the location didn't have a lot to offer. Yes,there was a few shops&bars but not everywhere else you would have to get buses too as they were not in walking distance. « less

Me and my bf stayed here Oct 2012, I had a spare few minutes so thought I would write a review.
Ibiza was never somewhere I particularly wanted to go but as it was the cheapest holiday and the reviews were good I thought why not. I didn't expect much for the price I paid so I wasn't disappointed, if I'd have paid anymore or this was my main holiday, I would have been though. So here's my thoughts...
Room basic but clean room, the only issue was the thing holding the shower head up had broken so we had to hold shower head up ourselves when taking a shower. They probably would have fixed it but we just got on with it. Probably could have done with more English speaking channels too as it was quite boring on an evening.
Food & Drink Breakfast was the best meal of the day, it wasn't great just ok which says a lot about the other meals...lunch at the beach bar was ok, with same menu everyday. The evening meal wasn't good, I don't consider myself to be a fussy eater but I never found anything I liked. They only served chicken once, was mostly pork or random fish which didn't look very nice. Nothing tasted of anything, don't think the chef knows what seasoning is! I don't usually eat chips, burgers, pizza ect that often but that is basically what we lived off, we filled up on lunch as dinner was so awful. My bf called it the 'crusty canteen' it was garden furniture crammed into a room that was too small and badly laid out. People had to queue up the steps and wait to be let in, if this happened end of season would hate to see what its like during peak season... Drinks were great and you could definately taste the alcohol, they were made very strong! Good selection and also thought the ice creams were a good idea. Mexican corner...really?! We had to laugh at this because there was nothing Mexican about the food.
Entertainment This could be due to the time of year we went but the entertainment was poor. Its more focused on children, the hotel is more suitable for families than young couples. Unfortunately Vincents had shut and Del boys was dead, it was a bit of a ghost town. Wouldn't recommend going in October.
There was only a day of sunshine, which wasn't the hotels fault but made me wish I'd have gone to Turkey instead!
The cost was roughly the same as staying in a Travel lodge over here and you don't get food or drinks with that so on that basis it was value for money. I would recommend this as a cheap getaway but as a main holiday I would avoid. « less
