Quick question: why spend 50-100 bucks a night more just to be 15 minutes closer to downtown Nashville? My answer is...Don't. This Sheraton property is very conveniently located just off I-64, only 15 minutes from Nashville, and is very reasonably priced. Added benefits: Free parking, free internet I also have to say that the staff at this property is exceptional. « less

We were staying in Nashville to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. When we were checking in, I had mentioned that to gentleman checking us in. He upgraded our room to a deluxe room on the end!! The bed was huge....we are used to a queen so it was either a king or California king. The room was huge with a nice large flatscreen tv and sitting area. The hotel was clean throughout and staff was very friendly!! We didn't have any issues and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Nashville area! Great job Sheraton! « less

We really liked the looks of this property when we arrived. The lobby area looks very modern and clean. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed, but the housekeeping staff had not fully cleaned the bathroom.
This stay would have been just fine if it had not been for the location of the room, which was right next to the elevator and ice machine. It was too noisy for sleep until about midnight. We are early to bed sorts, so it was not a good stay for us.
Before checking out, we spoke with Sean, who was working the front desk. He was genuinely concerned when we told him of the difficulty sleeping due to our room location. His response to the situation made me feel much better about the Four Points and increased my likelihood of giving them another chance the next time we are in the area. « less
