"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price."

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially considering the amount I paid. The experience did not match the cost at all. The room was extremely basic — nothing special or comfortable about it. While it was somewhat clean, it felt like no deep cleaning had been done in a long time. The same goes for the bathroom, which was also very minimal and not particularly well maintained. One of the worst parts was the persistent smell of smoke in the room, particularly on the first day. It was very unpleasant and made the space feel unwelcoming. For a non smoking guest, this was unacceptable and really affected my comfort. Overall, the hotel lacked attention to detail and care. From cleanliness to atmosphere, everything felt neglected. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
