1 - the pool had so much dirt in the bottom you could feel it when you walked around. 2 - the air conditioner didn't work in our room. Called the front desk at 3 am to let them know, the warm room smelled like mold. 3 - breakfast was horrible. The eggs, potatoes and gravy were tasteless. 4 - front desk didn't have another dog friendly room so they sent maintenance to fix the air conditioner. Told us he would move us and to hang on, he never came back. We were 30 minutes late leaving for the event we were going to. 5 - came back to discover the air conditioner had been completely shut down. 6 - BEST OF ALL - they had propped our door open and, apparently, left it that way the whole day. They should be so happy that someone didn't come and take our computer and 2 iPads. 7 - moved us into the handicap room that someone had smoked in and it definitely stinks. We were in a double queen and the handicap room are double doubles. I can't wait to leave this HELL hole!

The hotel is totally geared towards entertaining children. I have two children, but they did not travel with me on this trip. I did like the stone with the ten commandments in the front of the hotel! The front fesk and restaurant servers were nice. The layout of the hotel is nice, but the acoustics are horrible. You can hear everything, and I do mean everything! I stayed on the fourth floor and could hear everything from the pool area. The walls are also paper thin. I could hear children in other rooms, and in another room a lady having sex. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much. Room layout was cool too with couch, fridge, and microwave. I do think that its time to upgrade linens, they are showing their age. « less
