They should be focusing on the rooms mine had pealing wall paper in the bathroom. And it's really not near the main Coconut Grove area. It's definitely on my do not stay list « less

It's a standard Hampton Inn. Decent value, good location, parking and breakfast included. Downside: A/C doesn't turn off & it gets really cold in the room. The window doesn't open, so if you don't like full blast A/C in your face, this is a problem. Also, doesn't have bandwidth necessary to handle number of guests, especially at night, which diminishes the value of the free internet. « less

We had called last minute, after being so disappointed at a B&B where we had made a reservation and it was filthy and not safe. They were so helpful and cheerful when we checked in. The room was so clean and smelled great. We felt safe and they were very close to the port of Miami where we began our cruise. I would recommend this hotel! Breakfast was great and plenty of choices. Pool was clean. Room was huge and very clean. « less

For my wife and I, a hotel room is a place to sleep when vacationing. Hampton Inn Miami-Coconut Grove/Coral Gables was ideal. It was very close to the MetroRail which runs directly from the airport and took us to Marlins Stadium and other locations. Just one block from VERY busy Rt. 1, the hotel is on a rarely traveled side street so safe and quiet. The room was standard, but clean and well kept. The complimentary breakfast was varied, including waffles, eggs (I think), fresh fruit, and more. « less
