Our one-night stay (two people) at Comfort Suites, Frisco Square, was delightful. The room was a king bed suite, so had a partitioned area with a sofa, chair, and table. It was on the top floor, at the end of the hall, and was very quiet - which surprised us because several large groups were staying there at the time. The staff was very friendly and efficient. A large number of people were using the breakfast area throughout the morning - but it was continually cleaned and items restocked. The location is great - a wide open area (near FC Dallas Stadium), with a variety of restaurants within a short walking distance (both family type and dinner & drinks type); a large mall (including high-end stores) and typical suburban shopping (groceries, drug stores) are a short drive away, as is the Frisco historic area. Minor detractors - the fitness center closed for remodeling and a couple of nonworking ice machines - were trivial compared to the pluses of a clean, spacious, and overall well-maintained property. We would definitely return, and we will use our experience here to include Comfort Suites as hotels to investigate for travel elsewhere. « less

We were meeting our daughter from college. She arrived much earlier then we did and the staff went out of their way to make her feel welcome and get her comfortably checked into our room. The hotel was immaculately kept and in a great location! Numerous eating establishments are in walking distance. « less

Stayed one night at the Comfort Suites Frisco Square following a procedure at Forest Park Frisco. The hotel is very convenient to the hospital. There wasn't a room available on the first floor, but we were able to get a room just opposite the elevator. Our suite was large, clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Only downside was I would have liked to have had at least one larger pillow, not just the small square ones. « less

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Comfort Suites in Frisco when we were in town for the Jimmy Buffett and Jackson Browne concert. The hotel is perfectly located adjacent to the venue. The staff were all amazing and they definitely knew how to make all the parrot heads happy. The hotel communicated with everyone prior to the concert weekend, so there were no surprises, and they made arrangements for shuttles, a meet and greet in the lobby, and controlled parking for those that stayed in the hotel. Sandy, Scott, and Shanda are fabulous. The customer service could not have been better. The rooms were up to date, cleaned to perfection, and incredibly comfortable. There are a number of restaurants nearby, and even a few that deliver right to the hotel. This hotel gets two thumbs up. I have already gotten on the waiting list for rooms next year for Parrot Head weekend. Thanks to everyone who made our weekend fantastic. « less
