This hotel has a definite disregard for frequent guests or the Hilton status of guests staying at this property. My requests are fairly straight forward and made well in advance....a quiet room, away from highway, upper level. The last few times I have stayed at this property this request has required much reception desk negotiation and why the prefernces were not considered in assigning my room i have no idea. Unfortunately rthe front desk person, Sylvia to be specific, does not have a good customer focus and seems to be looking for the "no" and not looking for the "yes". I had a three night stay planned at this hotel.....I changed my stay to a one night stay and will transfer my patronage for this booking and for future considerations to properties that demonstrate appreciation of my patronage.
This is with some regret as Jamie at the bar is a treasure as relates to local wines, local activities and a sincere hospitality for the frequent guests of this hotel. . « less

Restaurant staff very helpful in providing utensils and dishes when we re-heat the leftovers. LOVE the chocolate chip cookies! « less

First level room do open to the street so I prefer the higher level room. Very convenient to 1st street where there are several restaurants. There is a great new outlet that opened up less than 10 minutes up the road. « less
