Trump International Beach Resort’s 31 story tower provides 15 guestrooms per floor and 3 suites. Each guestroom offers a minimum of 500 square feet of interior guestroom space, and every room has a private walkout glass enclosed balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Suites range from 1,085 sq ft to 1,775 sq ft and have full kitchens and washer/dryer units.
Additional standard amenities provided in all rooms are as follows:

Trump International Beach Resort is situated on eleven acres of oceanfront in Sunny Isles Beach (North end of Miami Beach), which is surrounded by the prestigious neighborhoods of Aventura, Bal Harbour and Golden Beach. Our resort features 390 oversized luxurious guestrooms coupled with 72 one- and two-bedroom suites; all guestrooms offer private balconies with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and/or Intra-Coastal waterway.

Fort Lauderdale Airport is 11 miles, 20 minutes and Miami Intl Airport is 17 miles, 25 minutes. On property resort amenities include eleven acres of beach, ocean front hotel offering a full array of water sport activities, team building, World Class Spa providing six treatment rooms complete with aroma therapy, massage and facial treatments, 24-hour fitness center and a full service Beauty Salon. Our six million dollar pool complex, complete with air conditioned cabanas, waterfalls, Jacuzzis and lush tropical foliage as well as our Planet Kids Club, will assist in creating a relaxing environment.
Golf options include Presidential Country Club, The Diplomat Country Club and Miami Beach Golf Club, all of which are private, championship courses and located 15 to 20 minutes from the resort. Deep-sea fishing, private Yacht and Sailboat Charters are also available just minutes away at Haulover Park Marina.
