We will be remodeling our meeting space in Mid March, we will not be taking any further reservations after Mar. 15, 2013. Once the remodel is done we will update our information. About one-third of the total area consists of a hardwood floor, which allows for dancing or can be set up for seating. There's a bar style set-up on the hardwood floor with a large refrigerator. A smaller L-shape counter is by the coat check.The following equipment is available at a $25 base cost: Television,VCR,Slide Projector,LCD Projection Display Device,Hard Wire Microphone. A flipchart and podium are at no additional charge. The hotel will provide water,coffee,and tea at no extra charge. Soda can be obtained for $1.25 per can. The cost for a continental breakfast is $4.95 & tax per person. This includes two pastries per person (choose from donuts,muffins,bagels,or danishes) and fresh squeezed orange juice. Guests may bring their own food and beverages.
