Probably no business offers better customer service than the hotel industry, and this one goes above and beyond even that already high standard. In the interest of full disclosure, I stay here when traveling with a group and we get a good rate, so the value is also excellent for us. Traveling with a youth hockey team throughout California, Nevada and to Canada this year, we stayed mostly in Hiltons, and this one beats all, especially the breakfast (which for us is included in our room rate). The desk staff greets you as you enter and exit unless they are busy with a customer. And the free cookies are just frosting on the cake. We did have a problem with one breakfast order being delayed - to make up for it, they offered to comp a room for a night! My only minor quibble - spend $32 and buy a long-slot toaster that fits the bread that is provided at the breakfast bar. « less

I stayed here for 4 nights and have to say for over $200 per night I dont believe its worth it. There is nothing wrong with the hotel but its average in my opinion. Things I did not like much was the room service is limited to a few hours and the fish and chips I ordered was not good at all.
Locations is okay but theres nicer hotels or residences to stay in in the area. Wont see me again « less
