Every person that worked with me from Sales to Catering was kind, patient, helpful and considerate. The event room was set up beautifully and the rooms were very nice. The only complaints I had was finding my way into the parking lot; there were no lights, directions, arrows or any markers to help people in. Also the room temps were not consistent and I personally did not like the pillows. But I would in fact go back!

Property Description

The Crowne Plaza Atlanta Airport offers its guests upscale elegance, and the convenience of a location only 1 mile from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Each of the 378 guest rooms has 42" HD TV with free cable & premium offerings. Completed a full hotel renovation as of January, 2013. Guest rooms offer free wireless internet access, over-sized work/study desk with ergonomic desk chair. Each room is equipped with hairdryer, iron/board, coffee/tea maker, and indivually controlled AC/heating. The Hotel offers 19,000 sf of premium meeting space, with many rooms flexible for break-out rooms for larger conventions. The Crowne Meetings Director (convention services) at this location has been rated among top #10 of all North American Crowne Plazas for service and attention to detail during catered events. This ranking is directly from convention attendees. AV department on site as well. Space will accommodate groups from 4-400 persons. This hotel is unique in that guests may walk on either side of the hotel to 15+ restaurants, sports bars, etc., all via sidewalks. The hotel is only 7 miles from Downtown Atlanta (10 minute ride on the express train MARTA) and the hotel provides free shuttle to the MARTA train. Located adjacent to Interstate 85. 7 miles, ten minutes to Ga. Aquarium, World of Coke, CNN, Ga. Dome, MLK Center.
