TradeWinds is a AAA Four Diamond resort right on the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful St. Pete Beach.We offer 585 guest room and suites and located on 18 acres overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.All of our guest room have been totally renovated at THe Island Grand, our largest AA Four Diamond Property. We have safes, microraves, high speed internet, ironing boards/irons, and a refrigerator in all rooms. We have beach cabana's a watewrway meandering through the proipery with paddleboats,local phones tennis courts,plus a wide variety of on site activities from aerobics to seashell hunts. All these amenties are included in the EVP charge of only $12.00 per room. The Sandpiper Tradewinds is a AAA Three Diamond resort just steps away on the sug-white sands of St. Pete beach, providing tropical solitude, an uncommon level of personal service and 159 guest rooms and suites. Meeting space at Sandpiper is in a separate building which some people find very desirable. Five meetings and a preconvene area. Island Grand has 22 Breaks outs, a Ballroom of 8400 sq. feet which can be divided into 5 rooms. All meeting rooms are close to each other.
