I stayed here in April 2012 as I was on Business. I found the hotel very nice, comfortable, clean and staff very friendly, They always had lots of free coffee all day, lots of cookies in the evenings and always a big bowl of sweets at reception. Its downfall is it has no Restaurant or Bar so one has to go out and look for food some were else which is a big problem if you were not driving & had no car. « less

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Good location, close to restaurants and very easy to get back on the Interstate. Good breakfast, friendly service. The fitness room and jacuzzi room were well-equipped and nice after a long drive. We pre-booked and opted to have our breakfast included, which was well worth it - good selection. However like most hotels, still very few gluten-free options available. « less

I normally stay at high-end hotels and resorts. I am a super picky person. I ended up having to stay here and it was great and super cheap. It was clean and the front desk was very hospitable. They had a nice little relaxing room by the exercise room. I sat in a larger than normal Jacuzzi, with plenty of fresh towels and cool water by my side. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. It was in a great location.
I will stay there again when i travel through that area!!! « less

Conveniently off the I 77 for an overnight on our return to Canada from Florida Very disappointing after a long drive when you just need relaxation. The first room on the first floor (102) was dirty and smelled of mold. There was loud construction over top of us. We were moved very easily to the 3rd floor and told that we probably heard construction over top of us....firstly why is the room dirty ( worst was the pink mold on the shower curtain) , secondly why when the hotel was so empty put us under the drilling and hammering? The room on the 3rd floor was adequate (but shabby)for one night. We will not stay here again. Positives...it is 5 minutes off the I 77 and within walking distance to hospital and short drive to restaurants. « less
