Its clean, comfortable, service is great and has an excellent concierge lounge.
This hotel can get extremely busy so despite being an elite member there's been many times my room hasn't been on the same floor as the concierge lounge.
Must also comment on how great Laura in the concierge lounge is in treating her customers, she's very personable and provides a high level of customer care.
Also, this hotel is a great location to stay for any shop-a-holics who want to access the Great Lakes or Sommerset Malls, or the many store along Hwy 59. Also, about an hour drive from Birch Run. « less

Breakfast wasn't great - not much choice on offer Pool is a nice size, Spa pool is very warm! The hotel also offers a taxi service to and from the airport run by 2 drivers (Don & Damone), who are excellent, so if staying here, get in touch with hotel to book transport via them.
One fault with the hotel is that there is no complimentary bottled water for guests - normally this is complimentary at other hotels - wouldn't recommend to drink the water out of the tap as it was cloudy/dirty. « less

Everything was clean. Service was okay. There was nothing really stand out good or bad. I like Marriotts and will always choose Marroitt when possible. They wanted to charge me $14 for one day of wi-fi, which is totally ridiculous, until I asked them not to charge me. They took off the charge, but they don't get any thanks for not ripping me off. The second floor room had a beautiful view of a roof. The location is okay. There are two fair restaurants within walking distance - one Italian and one Mexican. « less

This hotel met all our needs. This was the second time I have stayed at this location. First was business and this time I took my girls for a shopping weekend. This hotel is in a great location. It is very close to all three of the major malls in the area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff is super friendly and the breakfast buffet is great! I am looking forward to a return visit to the area soon. « less
