Located at 2100 West End Avenue, the hotel is within one mile of Nashville’s entertainment district, and within walking distance of numerous fine restaurants and nightclubs. Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park & Sportsplex, and many of Nashville’s cultural and educational resources are among our neighbors. Our 340 recently renovated guestrooms and 14 suites feature new décor and furnishings, as well as high-speed internet access, fax machines, dual-line telephones with voice mail, in-room safes, mini-bars, coffee makers, iron and ironing boards, in-room hair dryers and bathrobes. Additional amenities include complimentary morning newspaper, state-of-the-art fitness center, CD players and umbrella. For VIPs and special guests we have three Plaza Level floors, offering special guestroom amenities and a private lounge serving complimentary continental breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres.
Our 24,000 square feet of meeting space includes an 8,400 square foot ballroom—divisible into three sections—19 smaller meeting rooms, including an executive boardroom, on the Mezzanine Level. Swank Audiovisual has an onsite office and provides a full line of computer, sound and video equipment and specialists. Each meeting room has air control, volume control, lighting control, and a “Rush Telephone Line,” which is answered by a dedicated staff member who handles requests within 10 minutes.
