We had a fmaily event that required an overnight stay. This was our first time at Fairfiled Inn in Butler, PA. We would definitely go back again. The desk clerk was very friendly and accomodating because we wanted to pay for our room plus our daughter's room as they had not yet arrived. The lobby, eating areas, and coffee station was welcoming as was the glass water containers filled with either iced water with lemons or limes. Later in the evening chocolate cookies were provded at the front desk. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I must say that the pool temperature was the warmest we have ever felt when staying a differnet hotels when we traveled. It was warm, relaxing and a very clean area with towels placed on the back of each chair. More towls were available as well. Our room was clean and neat and the bed and chairs in the room were very comfortable. All the staff that we encountered were smiling and friendly. All in all a great stay. Thanks Fairfield for making our stay an enjoyable one. P.S. The price was very affordbale too and we also got a AAA discount. « less

We are from the area and recently stayed here as part of a weekend getaway. We stayed in room 127 which had a Jacuzzi tub. The location is right off of SR422 and SR8 making it convenient for anyone traveling through the area. Check in and check out are quick. We had complimentary fresh chocolate chip cookies and warm apple cider on check in. Our room was large and had a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The Jacuzzi was on the small side and we found it hard to both fit inside. The pool area was a giant plus and one of the largest indoor pools we have encountered. Even though the hotel was busy for the weekend, we found ourselves the only ones there. Great!!! The complimentary breakfast was average but well stocked. The heater was rather loud and kept turning on and off even though it was set at a modest temperature. The bedding was on the hard side but there was no road noise during sleep. There is a gas station and restaurant next door. The building is well kept and clean. With the other hotel choices in Butler, this would be one of the few we would contemplate staying at again.
