The facilities and staff were good and the breakfast was also good. I had no internet service into the room. I informed the desk and was told that there was a problem but that they were working on it. The next morning there was no internet service in the room. The desk person checked the lobby computer and told me that the internet service was working. I went back to my room and it still did not work in the room. I checked out later that morning and do not know if the problem was ever fixed. This situation was very disappointing to me as I had work that I could not perform during my stay. « less

Stayed at the Ramada in Chatsworth CA for 3 nights. In general the stay was fine except that on one day we got no housekeeping service. Had to call to the desk just to get a change of towels. In addition ALL the electric plugs in the room were loose and could not hold a charger for a phone or Ipad. Had to put a pillow under the plug or charge my devices in the bathroom. « less

My only complaint had nothing to do with the facility or the staff, it was just that some of the guests and patrons of the bar downstairs were quite loud after 11pm. I felt I got my money's worth and would stay there again. « less
