We offer bachelor rooms either with one double bed or two single beds. Each room contains a tv with cable, table, dresser, microwave, mini-fridge, attached bathroom and a balcony. Underground parking is also available for an extra cost.
We are located one block north of Davenport Ave. west off of Avenue Road at 138 Pears Ave. just a few blocks away from the Bloor/Yorkville shopping area. Casa Loma, the ROM and downtown are just minutes away.
The rates for April 2004 are:
For single occupancy: $60.00 + 12% tax per night, $300.00 + 12% tax per week and $895.00 per month.
For double occupancy: $65.00 + 12% tax per night, $350.00 + 12% tax per week and $945.00 per month.
We offer both smoking and non-smoking rooms.
If payment is by any means other than credit card a security deposit of $100.00 for daily stays or $250.00 for weekly stays is also required. A security deposit of $500.00 is required for all monthly stays and is refunded to you upon checkout.
In order to secure a reservation, a reservation fee of $100.00 is needed; this amount will be credited towards your room account upon check in.
This fee can be refunded up to 2 days prior to arrival if a cancellation is made, subject to a $20.00 administration fee. A cancellation less than 2 days prior to arrival will cause the fee to be forfeited.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac, cash, money orders and certified cheques.
We require that all occupants provide government issued photo identification upon arrival, such as passport, drivers licence, citizenship card, or military identification. We regret that we cannot accept Ontario Health Cards.
