Isabella Hotel & Suites is a designated historic landmark in Toronto. The hotel consists of two portions: a mansion and a tower. The mansion was built in 1891 and reflects the rich history of the city with its pure stone exterior and eye catching-tower. The mansion holds the regular and deluxe suites, making each suite unique in layout. The tower portion was added in 1914 and consists of all the standard rooms.Massive renovations have turned this historical building into a modern hotel with traditional touches. With only 31 rooms and 8 suites, this boutique hotel offers personalized service to all of our guests.Our location is a convenience that many guests appreciate. Sherbourne subway station is a 1 minute walk, the bust stop is right outside the main entrance, and many restaurants and shopping districts are only minutes away. Our guest rooms consist of either one double bed, one queen bed, or 2 suites that have one queen bed and one sofabed. The decor is comfortable yet modern. Since the hotel reopened in 2004, our furnishings are new and maintained well.In the basement of the hotel is a restaurant that can accommodate 77 people. The space has been used for many events, such as birthday parties, corporate holiday parties, and meetings. Staying at the Isabella Hotel & Suites is the affordable choice for staying in downtown Toronto, in a safe and comfortable environment.
