Stayed here for two nights . A whole day of lectures . Function room small but well equipped. Staff friendly and warm. Picked up from the airport by an English speaking driver. Limo was very roomy with cold water and wifi. Check in was quick. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet and bath with usual amenities and well maintained. Breakfast had a very good fruit selection, salad bar had crisp greens and fresh vegetables. They had multigrain bread too. Wifi available everywhere. Room included free wifi. A phone is also available for use so you can contact hotel in case you go out and need to do so . Located near a mall. So was able to get some gifts for family. « less

I travel to Seoul about 4 to 5 times in a year and typically stay at the Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas in Gangnam. Its an older hotel, but one of the best in Seoul. The rooms are big and the service is great. Plus if your office happens to be in Gangnam, then this is one of the best hotel for you to stay in. I usually have a great experience staying in this hotel, but my current trip (I am in Seoul right now!) has been not so great. The hotel is under renovation and hence I would recommend that you stay away from staying here for the next 9 months. « less

The rooms are kept perfectly clean, personnel is 5*, breakfast selection endless. and what a lobby with live jazz music - but expect sky-hi prices. great location in Coex mall with hundreds of restaurants. concierge really helpful. - We were a big group and were ordering the rooms in advance (and prepaid) and they did not let us know that the fitness center and swimming pool will be closed. That was a very cheep move and they only offered (after we arrived) a swimming pool in other hotel. no other compensation or proposal.

Just started some renovations to public areas so hotel's food offerings come up a little short hence only a 4 but that is the only reason. Not cheap but hotels in Seoul arn't cheap! « less

We will continue to operate our all day dining restaurant, our Japanese restaurant Hakone and our bakery/deli however the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars which will still give people many choices before our new outlets open at the end of January.
