Located on 600 acres in the greater San Diego, California area, Welk Resort San Diego offers unique accommodations. Accommodations at Welk Resort San Diego are in the form of vacation rentals with a variety of amenities and resort activities. Choose from one of five floor plan options among our one and two bedroom villa suites in the most complete resort setting. Our villas offer a living and dining area, kitchen, private bedroom and bath. Patio or balcony. Some units include fireplace, separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a distinguished vacation lifestyle where all the excitement is right outside your door including Golf, Live Theatre, Swimming, Tennis, a Fitness Center, Basketball, Volleyball, Tours of Baja, Los Angeles or Downtown San Diego in addition to daily planned activities, a waterslide and splashzone. Available Getaway Packages: Experience a variety of on-site entertainment through one of our exciting golf and theatre packages. All of our packages are available at a great value for couples, families or friends to share our one or two bedroom/two bathroom, 1,400 square foot Vacation Rental Villas. Groups & Reunions: We have and continue to welcome groups of all ages including: Small conferences and meetings, Corporate negotiated accounts, Golf clubs and group tournaments, Tour groups, Family and military reunion, Religious retreats, Photo shoots, Out of town wedding guests, Professional and amateur sports teams. Resort Information: Units are assigned upon check-in. Check-in is at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am. Special requests are honored based upon availability. Most villas have steps to the door and elevator service is unavailable. Note: handicap and no-step villas are limited, if you require one of these units please contact the Reservations Department directly prior to making your reservation to confirm availability. Reservation Deposit/Cancellation Policy: You MUST present the Credit Card used to secure this reservation at check-in along with a valid Photo ID. Full price of villa stay including tax is charged at time of booking 30-day cancellation policy; any cancellations or changes must be 31-days or greater to avoid penalty equal to the full stay. Sorry, no pets allowed. No skateboarding, roller blading, roller skating and riding of scooters are not permitted on the resort grounds at any time. Special requests are subject to availability at time of arrival. Depending upon dates of stay, some reservations may require a move to another villa. OPTIONAL- For daily housekeeping of villas, additional fees per day will apply.
