Tropical Breeze Guesthouse/villa is a smaller family owned establishment. We take pride in offering friendly unsurpassed hospitality where guests often return to us. We offer a six bedroom villa that can be rented by the room or as a villa for groups of up to 12 persons. The villa is situated on a half acre of proerty with a gorgeous newly opened 28 x 15 swimming pool. We have lots of fruit trees and a lovely gentle breeze flows over the grounds. There is a permanent care taker and manager on the property to look after your needs. We are ideally located half way between the beach, which is a ten minute walk, and the west end which is ideal for snorkelling and sunset viewing.
The villa is split between two levels with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor and two ensuite bedrooms on a lower level. There is a fully equipped kitchen for self catering or we can take of your shopping and chef services upon request. There is a large main floor balcony which can be used as a meeting area or dining area. The pool deck is very large and can accomodate a meeting/dining area there as well.

Within a ten minute walk is the famous seven mile stretch of white sand beach. This is also a sports lovers paradise with everything from parasailing to waterskiing to scubadiving. There is a nature reserve within fifteen minutes and many beautiful waterfalls on the island. Snorkelling and gorgeous sunset viewing are within a fifteen minute walk/ drive as well. |

| Airport & Shuttle Information - Tropical Breeze |
Montego bay airport, approx and hour and fifteen minute drive.Transportation can be arranged at an additional cost per person. When coming into Negril, follow the beach road into town but DO NOT enter the roundabout. Stay left and turn up the first lane on your right hand side, follow the lane around a bend in the road and Tropical Breeze is on teh left hand side with a white iron gate and a sign under the ackee tree.
Airport Shuttle? Yes! There is an airport shuttle.
