No one at the front desk read the reservation notes prior to our arrival. They preassigned rooms without reading the notes, so they had to move rooms around when we got there. I had to speak to 4 people before one of them spoke enough english to understand that my husband and I are allergic to down and needed new pillows and blankets. Internet is ridiculously overpriced, $12.95 per device per day, for very low internet speed. I couldn't even work or have a live chat conference in my room. They don't have microwaves available, and fridges are only available for $10. Everyone who worked there was nice, but only three employees out of the 8 employees I came in contact with spike and understood english. The walls were dirty, and everything in the rooms were outdated. They clearly spent a lot of money redoing the lobby, but they would've saved a lot of money by updating small things like wallpaper, shower curtains, and window treatments in the rooms. The jacuzzi only has jets on the ground working, and the scented oils in it caused me to have a rash. « less

The place was undergoing construction and there was dust everywhere. I had entered my hotel room earlier in the afternoon and no smells. When I returned to it a couple of hours later, I couldn't even breathe. There was some kind of chemical epoxy which smelled very strong and VERY toxic. Many hotel guests complained of the same thing. I don't know if they entered my room while I wasn't there and epoxied the tub but that's what some people were saying. Of course they let me change rooms, but the fact that they were so discourteous and didn't mention it, I'm not sure what to think. It's not like the hotel was booked so they couldn't wait til I checked out. I really should have asked for a discount in hindsight. « less

After being on the road the third week in a row and staying at high end 4 diamond hotels, I had better service and felt more at home here than I had in the previous 4 diamond hotels. My room was extremely quiet and comfortable. It was clean and had everything I needed, coffee maker, refrigerator, comfortable bed. The only thing I didn't like was apparently someone was smoking in their room about halfway down my hall. Other than that (which the hotel does not have control over), I would stay here again. The conference rate was very affordable and easy to get to from the airport. The office staff were very accommodating and proffessional as I needed to scan some documents and send them. « less
