This was a nice clean stay for the price . I was not told that there was dinner included with stay , nor the breakfast was over by a certain time so we missed out on both . That was the disappointing part . But If I go to the area again . I would say stay here . « less

stayed for a month at the 550 rate. The room was bare and stipped down to not even toliet paper. No sheets . Towels, shower curtain, but did have a dyer that was boltted to the wall. Carpet was filthy so requested that it be cleaned. Placed my towels on the floor several hours after it was shampood . Oh my gosh !!!! Those towels became black from the filth still there. Showed the head housekeeper lady..Her response......." Are those our towels" and you get what you pay for ". Keep driving my friend. « less

15 minutes after checking in we changed rooms due to the excessive noise of the monthly renters all loitering on sidewalk in front of rooms...our dogs were going bonkers too! Next room quiet enough but no hot water. Come morning still no hot water and confirmed with other guest...they didn't have any either. I could go on but those were the biggest issues. Of course there was the "crazy" (a few doors down from our 1st room) that was having a conversation with a wall????? « less

I had read several good reviews and was happy when I called and booked our reservation. Price was very good as was the man I spoke to on the phone. Went to another site and was a little apprehensive of their reviews and was afraid of what we'd find when we showed up! We were very pleased when we arrived, service was great, room was clean, plenty of parking available (we had our boat on a trailer), and we felt safe there. We would stay there again in our next fishing adventure to Sebastian! « less
