"Great location but valeting can be a pain"

Very pleased with the location and cleanliness of this hotel. I had a beautiful river view with a balcony. The views were amazing, especially sunsets. Only complaint I had was the valet and shuttle service was slow. I could see my car from where I stood waiting 10 minutes for a valet to shuffle people around and out of cars and then finally retreive mine. I do not enjoy paying for a service when it is much faster just to walk to 30 feet to my car and drive away than wait forever for a valet to bring it to me. Worst part of my entire stay since so much time was wasted waiting on that process.
