From the valet upon arrival to discussing groups with the sales team I felt welcome and taken care of. This is a professional hotel. Located downtown near all Chicago sites and venues. Suitable for any group from a wedding block to a business meeting. Enjoy the heated indoor pool, complimentary internet, a large lobby, their fabulous location and restaurant Weber Grill.

This hotel was great in almost every way. The group co-ordinator (Amanda) was really excellent and helpful. The hotel rooms had just been refurbished and were lovely. Service was really good. Breakfasts were extra, but excellent. The only slight reservation which prevents me from giving 5/5 was that the hotel seemed to have some problems with it's hot water supply, but this is a minor criticism.

located in the heart of the magnificient mile, the heart of downtown Chicago-within River North dining and entertainment district. Each guest room has complimentary high speed internet, unstocked refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot with coffee. Grocery store across the street. Indoor pool and whirlpool and fitness center. Room service available from Weber Grill, PF Changs and Buca di Peppo. Have our own chefs on staff. Parking in building (Cost will vary upon Valet or Self Park). Earn Hilton Honors points plus miles! 6,500 sq ft of meeting space
