The Gainey Ballroom is a flexible ballroom, which can be divided into 3 equal parts. Very spacious and uninterrupted space. The Hotel's experienced banquet and culinary team are available to assist with any event planning. We have a full range of banquet menus, and can do custom menus, exclusive to your group. We do both indoor and outdoor functions. Outdoor space is available in our courtyard and patio area, which can accommodate up to 200 people.

The Hearth Room and Patio is our most distinctive, intimate, and flexible function space, suitable for corporate meetings, and the perfect venue for meal functions, or that very special social event. With high ceilings, and of course, a fireplace (hence the name), a wall of windows, with 2 sets of French doors opening to the Terrace Patio overlooking the courtyard and desert gardens, and plush club style sofas and seating for casual discussion areas. In addition to the built in 50 inch Plasma Flat Screen TV with surround sound, any set up or audio/visual configuration for meetings or events can be accommodated.
