Courtyards don't tend to excite me, but this one was pretty enjoyable. My room was huge. Big living room + huge bathroom area + huge bedroom. Honestly, it was too much space and the sink in the bathroom was comically close to the wall with an empty expanse of 6 feet on the other side. But what I really liked was this: the windows in my room opened. After spending hours on planes and then in offices, it's awesome to find a room where you can get fresh air in. « less

This is your standard Courtyard -- good sized rooms, great work spaces, and clean as a whistle. The location, next to Old Market, is fabulous. There are abundant choices for dining within a 5 minute walk. The lobby is immense! The shuttle to the airport was prompt and courteous.
Room for improvement -- The restaurant is a Starbucks (Char-bucks) with a handful of microwave sandwiches (not bad, but not great). The mattress in my room was clearly beyond its useful life -- one side had zero (zip/nada) support. « less

This hotel was great. It is in a great location in the nice part of downtown Omaha very close to the great restaurants in the Old Market. The hotel also had a great pool and hot tub area and breakfast/restaurant. The rooms were very nice. They had kind of an old feel with brick walls and large windows but were still very nice and had great views of the city. Overall, a wonderful hotel. « less

This hotel completely ruined my wedding night for my husband, myself and around 30 guests that we brought in from out of town. From the very beginning the hotel was very unprofessional when handling our room block for out of town guests. Several guests tried to book rooms and were told the block was full, when it wasn't, which caused additional stress and work for my family and I when trying to plan the wedding and get everyone a room that needed one. When my husband and I tried to check into our hotel room the night of our wedding after the reception, we were rudely turned away and told we could not stay there. We had booked the room over a year in advance and confirmed our reservation just prior to our wedding. I pleaded very nicely and calmly with the front desk attendant who rudely stated to me that she had just given away our room ten minutes prior to our arrival. We were left with nowhere to stay on our wedding night and the hotel management handled it extremely unprofessionally afterwards. In addition to that, the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night the night of my wedding and the whole hotel had to evacuate down the stairs, including my 95 year old family members. It was determined by my family members that some of the fire alarms in the rooms were not working, and this was reported by me to the management who did not seem in the least bit concerned. DO NOT ever stay that this hotel. We are threatening to sue and going to the newspapers! « less

Management response from Tom Helm, General Manager
Dear Bonnie K,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am so sorry we did not have a room for your when you checked in last weekend. Your experience has been shared with the leadership team as well as the entire Front Desk staff so that we may continue to improve the service we provide. We have put a plan in place at the Front Desk to ensure that this does not happen again to any bride and groom on their special night.
If there is ever anything I can help out with, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

"Thank you so much for your services. I find your company to be excellent with every encounter. I found the hotels and the price range I was looking for, it was easy to use and excellent service. I will definitely use you in the future." J.M. - Ontario, CAN
"Your online bidding system saved me hours and hours of phone calls trying to find a hotel for my family event in the Twin Cities the weekend the Republican National Convention begins. I had been calling places to no avail and did not relish the thought of calling the entire phone directory's worth of hotels. So this was great! Thank you." N.D. - Minneapolis, MN
