The location of this hotel was handy. Close to the airport with a free shuttle to/from the airport. Even with being so close to the airport, we never heard plane noise while in our room. Huge perk! There is also a casino shuttle that will take you to/from the local casino. We walked, which wasn't too far (about .8 miles) but I wouldn't recommend doing that after dark. It's a very busy road, not much lighting and not populated (wooded area and some business offices). There is a McDonald's right at the corner and a 7-11 around the corner for convenience items. We went to a very tasty Brewery (Ram's ?) around the corner.
The work out room was nice. Handful of treadmills, ellipticals, 2 bikes, free weights and more. They also provide towels and headphones for those of us that forgot them at home ;) The pool area was nice. Lots of places to sit and relax, even an outdoor space to sit in the sun (as long as you don't mind free way noise and planes flying overhead). The pool itself was kinds dirty though. Kinda grimy looking at the water line all the way around. The hot tub is very small, max 6 people and the temp was more like bath water. Huge plus at the pool was the pool towels. They were actual, big towels that really absorbed. I hate the tiny towels you usually get at hotel pools.
The breakfast was very good but pricey. The buffet was the best deal, otherwise it cost $5 for a tiny glass of orange juice
Make sure to check your bill before checking out. Our room description said free wifi. When we went to log in it wanted to charge us. We called the front desk and were told to just accept the charge and it would be taken off the bill. But, when we checked our bill, we were charged the fee. So, we had to have them fix it for us when we were checking out. « less

The lobby is grand. The restaurant is quite good with very good food and very good breakfast menu. Rooms are big enough for free movement and some rooms are called 'work out' rooms as they have treadmills and free weights in the room. The interior decor looks a bit dull and cheap compared to the Hiltons and the Marriotts. Lots of point build up options. Starwood grp of hotels offer $5 voucher or 500 points if you deny room service for a day. Check out process could be better. « less

I stayed at the Westin for a night for an event taking place in the hotel. Generally I found the hotel to be quite acceptable - a good size room, electrical outlets a-plenty, a beautiful big-screen tv, a terrific bed.
The room was an updated one and I paid a premium to stay in it (maybe about $20). Its a reasonably priced high-end hotel, but the structure itself was built to warehouse people, and it essentially does that job very well. The only thing I felt that was not fitting was the tiny bathroom and the bathtub/shower that gave it a nice roadside motel feel.
The staff were friendly, the internet was vastly overpriced (expected that), the food prices were outrageous (expected that too),
I guess if you like this sort of thing, it works very well. « less

A very nice hotel with large rooms. The only reason I gave it a four is because of the charge for internet and for parking. When you drive to a hotel, you need to park your car. It is not right that you need to pay extra to park your car. The internet should be free not 12.95 per day. We all have mobile phones, lap top computers, tablets etc. Internet is now a necessity. 99% of our comuncation is done on this equipment. All the hotels in the United States offer free internet except for the Westin. « less

"Bob responded very promptly and the booking process went very well. They answered all our questions and offered the rooms we needed at the price they quoted. It was a very efficient way of finding a hotel for our group. You have been excellent to deal with. I have already referred your company to another teacher in our school. Thank you for being so helpful and following up on everything!!" G.W. - Cleveland, OH
