Step out of the newly renovated lobby onto the action alley (Beale Street) of Memphis. As mentioned, the lobby and other public areas were recently renovated, and a full soft-line renovation is about to be underway, bringing fresh textures and colors to an already outstanding hotel. There are room types to fit anyone here, with some King Suites containing kitchenettes and balconies that overlook Beale Street. You can also get a standard King room and a room with two double beds. Speaking of rooms, to get to them/board the elevator, you must use a room key - a great security feature. The icing on the cake of this hotel is a complimentary breakfast which certainly makes this hotel worth every penny.

Hotel: Has a total of 144 rooms/35 suites. We are a non-smoking property. Located in the downtown area 1/2 a block from the famous Beale Street. We offer complimentary breakfast (hot items change daily) Indoor pool, Suite Shop, On-site security, Required key card access into hotel and elevators, In room safes, 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour business center. Parking: Covered parking in the Blues Garage $17 a night. Meeting Space: Peabody Place meeting room holds a maximum of 35 people Length: 24' Width: 24' Height: 10' Total Square feet: 576 Executive Boardroom has a maximum capacity of 15 people. Length: 26' Width: 24' Height: 10' Total Square feet: 624 There is a standard $25 set-up fee for the meeting room. Catering is available (22% service charge/9.25% tax/$25 delivery fee)
