Service was good. Continental breakfast was ok - nothing elaborate - just ok. Room was clean, but ther were lightbulbs that were burnt out. They did not get replaced in the 2 days we were there. The room we were in definately was NOT sound proof. You could hear every step everyone took in the upstairs rooms. Very squeekly floors. « less

My Wife and I found this hotel to be very good. Friendly Gal at the front who was very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast, while about average, was plentiful and kept filled. Liked the Town, too. Reminded us of when each of our three boys went to University. We would definitely stay here again.

Traveled to Bowling Green, OH for sporting event. It was a busy weekend, so hotel options were limited. Originally booked in a DIFFERENT hotel, but co-worker who arrived a day earlier said conditions there were deplorable. So she called around and found a couple of spare rooms at the Best Western Falcon Plaza. She said making arrangements with the staff was very easy and they even matched the rates from the other hotel.
The hotel is located directly across from the University athletic facilities, so it was very convenient. It has both interior and exterior rooms; mine had an exterior entrance. The rooms looked dated, but clean. The lobby has been updated with relaxing furniture and they had fresh cookies and fruit available 24x7. My stay was only one night, so I cannot speak to the timeliness and quality of housekeeping.
Overall, I would say the stay was average; certainly a good deal for the rate paid. Good hotel for 1-2 nights; but anything longer where comfort and amenities become more important, I'd recommend that you shop around. « less

It is also very conveniently situated from I-75, with plenty of eateries close at hand. The downtown area is also nearby, and well worth a visit. I would have no qualms about recommending this hotel to anyone. « less
