The front desk was not very helpfull had our room moved three times and bad exp on pool deck but there response time was horrible. « less

Went to Daytona with some friends over the weekend. This hotel is a little secret of ours as the price is great and it has one of the best locations. The new updates in the rooms are really good. Also, we just discovered the SPA is one of the largest in the area. All of this time it was right under our nose. This is easily the best value. Very friendly staff and management is really working hard to make this place nice. I really enjoy this hotel. « less

Starting with a simple easy reservation our check in process was also simple with having 2 rooms we were able to get the side by side at a last minute booking on a Saturday with easy for a handicap person to walk out of our rooms right to the pool. We booked this hotel for a very good rate. We were greeted by a delightfully friendly receptionist who upgraded us from a city view double to an ocean view suite. Sweet... Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing renovations and this means heavy construction noise starting around 9 am. The hotel was clean, room was nicely decorated but in need of some cosmetic touch up. Having a microwave and coffee pot was a plus. The restaurant was reasonably priced and served a generous size breakfast. All in all, I think the hotel will eventually be a wonderful place to stay after it is renovated. Good people, good food and a good view with FREE parking and free wifi were extra pluses. « less

Everything else was terrible, awful and annoying.
For example: Door key battery dead. Keys not working. No seperate elevator for housekeeping so they occupy one of 1 lifts for much of the morning it seemed.
Housekeeping wants to clean way to early. 815 am seriously? I'm on vacation let me sleep.
At least 150 empty rooms when were there and yet we still go put directly next a room and balcony under heavy construction. Loud drilling and banging.
Ceiling leaks.
Carpet rips.
Unacceptable and unreasonable.
This hotel does dissatisfied, disappointed and honestly annoyed.
