My friend and i stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rates were reasonable. Our room was very clean . All the staff we interacted were very friendly and gave us real hospitality touch . Very well trained, presentable staff and excellent management. They treated us as family members. The most touching and surprising moment when staff brought yummy birthday cake for me during dinner time and they dim the lights of the restaurant near our table area and sang birthday song all together. I cant express my feelings how much happy they made me during my birthday night.
I cannot forget such a beautiful moment ever in my life. Thank you so much to whole team of Holiday Inn Downtown and God Bless you All. « less

This elegant luxury hotel was so welcoming after Paris Best Western. In Particular, the staff were so warm and welcoming, especially the night manager, Suhail, who helped my sister out when she became distressed from leaving a bag behind at the airport. He was very kind and we managed to get the bag back thanks to the help of Suhail and his colleagues.
The concierge, bell hop, room service and cleaning service staff were utterly delightful and nothing was too difficult for them. They made us love our stay in Dubai even more so.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for elegance and the comfort of home, not to mention the beautiful staff and the brilliant service they offer. « less
