Currently getting ready to spend a second unfortunate night here. Hotel is difficult to access from the interstate. Reserved a king non-smoking room, which smelled of cigarette smoke and had a clean ashtray upside downsecond on dresser. Called front desk to verify that room number was supposed to be non-smoking, it was. When I asked why it smelled if smoke and had an ashtry in it, response was, "That's a good question". No other king rooms available, and my husband's height precludes smaller bed. Bathroom us atrocious. Spider webs in shower corners, cobwebs on ceiling and the vents in both rooms are disgusting. The tub is discolored and the edges have plenty of mold and mildew. Coffee pot is covered in dust, and the TV screen is smeared. Oh...the TV. Few of the channels listed are available, and everything on the right side of the screen is tinted blue/green/purple. The bed was comfortable and clean, and that's really the only nice thing I can say. Even at $56, this was no bargain. I didn't expect luxury, but I did expect clean. « less

Picked up a coupon book at Welcome Center. Did not realize it was so far off 81.Only complaint was the fact that we arrived for breakfast at 7:20 and got the last cup of coffee. Girl started to make coffee and then got on the phone and never finished. also, several other items on breakfast bar needed refilling. We waited and when she made no attempt we just left as we wanted to get on the road. She spent a lot of time on the phone. Breakfast was so so. Have had worse but have also had a lot better. « less
The service was excellent, the room nice, clean, and very quiet, enjoyed my overnight stay here. Thank You to the staff!!!! Stay here without hesitation. I will be back!!!
