When you drive up, it dosent look that great. However, when you drive around back and see more of the property, it is very pleasant! They have probably the best continental breakfast I have ever seen! The line gets lengthy but it moves fairly quickly. I give it a four star because the coffee isn't good in room and we stayed in room 221 at first and there were sugar ants. They switched us and the rooms great, spacious, clean. The staff is friendly. Value is A+++! On site laundry which is a A+! Location is A+. Subway and Chinese acrossmthemstreet as well as a grocery store. Will stay here again! Pool is huge and clean A++! « less

Not a bad hotel, good parking, room was large and good for 3 with a younger child. TV didn't work at first (no big deal for me, but with a family could be an issue). Front desk staff varied in service quality, some very kind and helpful, others didn't want to be there. Breakfast not bad, although we had it included and they changed to extra fee during my stay and gave us vouchers, not sure if I'd have bothered or just gone down the road to a store for the same price (this may have changed back now). Transport to the theme parks is limited and not as frequent compared to a closer hotel so keep this in mind. For example, going to Universal the only return option is 7:30pm after leaving about 9am. Something to consider with smaller children as that makes a very long day if you don't have a car at the park to come home with when they are ready. Plenty of shops and places to eat near by but the on site cafe/restaurant did several meals very well and reasonable price for the tourist area. All in all, not a bad hotel, decent value for the area so all things considered,good value and worth it, just don't expect too much « less

We needed a convenient, reasonable place to stay while visiting Epcot for a couple of days and chose this after sorting through many reviews, both negative and positive. We were pleased when we arrived at 10:30 am and were assigned a quiet room which was clean and even had a small fridge and microwave. The shuttle was great, as well as the warm breakfast the next morning with a nice outdoor seating area. The staff was very accommodating and even gave a Florida resident discount which we were not expecting. The location was excellent with a Carrabbas a few footsteps away, along with other fast food restaurants and shops. We would definitely return. « less

We checked in before going to Disney world and I got the keys and did not enter the room. We came back about midnight after 13 hours at Disney and were very tired. The room had an AWFUL musty mildew smell. We started out in room 204 then moved to 115 finally room 305 did not have the musy smell. It was tough to do all of the rooms moves with my sleepy 2 year old and family. I will say that Keith at the front desk was very helpful. I will not return. The best part about this hotel is that it is 2 miles from Disney. Also...the beds are hard as a rock! « less

For the price we paid, this hotel was all we had hoped for and more. The room was super clean, the pool area was very nice and the free breakfast was awesome. Our room was right across from the pool entrance which was great for us and the kids. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area and would definitely stay there again. Also, there was every restaurant imaginable within a couple miles either way of the hotel. We were very impressed with everything about this hotel. My only complaint would be that the bed wasn't the most comfortable. « less
