I woulds like to highly recommend the Best Western Hotel in Olathe Kansas. We switched to this hotel after staying in other chains in the area and noticing they were no longer up to our standards. The Best Western Hotel in Olathe was so wonderful that we won't stay anywhere else as a result. It is owned by Mr Patel. He knows how to run a hotel as you will notice by the comments we have left. The staff is outstanding. The rooms we stayed in had two flat screen televisions. Each came with sanitized remote controls. Not one thing was out of place. The beds were very comfortable. You can't find a more welcoming place to stay. Hot coffee awaits you in the lobby. This was much needed on a visit during a very cold stay last Christmas. A tasty breakfast awaits you each morning and is included in the price. Sausage, eggs, waffles, pastries juices, biscuits, yogurt and much more . We travel all over the world and I must say this is one of the best hotels of any in all respects. Don't even bother to stay anywhere else. But maybe I shouldn't tell you this because all of the rooms might be taken the next time we try to book there. I give this hotel a perfect score. I just finished a visit to Best Western Plus in Olathe. This was probably at least my 10th stay in this hotel and it feels like home. The rooms are large and clean and the service is top notch. They still have much of the same desk staff as they had at our first visit and they greet us by name. My husband is disabled and they always try to give us the room that they know works best for him. This trip was just the two of us but I have hosted my children and grandchildren in this hotel frequently. They love the pool and the always available hot chocolate. The host at breakfast keeps the food fresh and inviting and stays cheerful even when our toddlers invariably spill something. The location is great for Olathe, Lenexa, or Overland Park visits due to its convenient location just off of I-35 but we also stay here when traveling through KC or for trips downtown because of the level of comfort. « less

We forgot to book our hotel room for an event we were doing and I looked on line and they said that there were no more rooms so I asked a friend (whom was already there) if she would ask if they had any rooms. They did and I called and received the best and nicest service ever. Check in was so easy and GREAT customer service. WILL stay there again... « less
