Stayed here again on a Saturday night in Mid-May, in a Queen/Queen room. It was fairly full for the night. We arrived early, so they switched us to a room that was ready, instead of the room they had planned for us. We ended up in one of the few rooms that faces the street, so we could hear some road noise during the day, but with the windows closed it didn't effect our sleep at all (and not much traffic in this area late at night). The room had a strange odor in the entrance, but after a while we didn't notice it. Everything was very clean per usual. Parking is free and plentiful. Room rates are high for a Hampton, typically $160-230 per night, but high hotel prices are the norm in this area. The free Breakfast is decent, a reasonable selection of things, but don't expect anything fancy or cooked to order. The check in/out was very quick. There is a reasonably priced gas station right across the street, and small local shops/restaurants within walking distance. « less

Out of the many Hamptons Inns I have stayed at during my many years of traveling, I have never felt so welcomed by the hotel staff. "bree" and "samara" were extremely kind and helpful upon check in, and were able to assist my husband and I in every request we needed. They recommended a great restaurant called "brophys" in santa barbara which was very nice and very good.They were even kind enough to make a reservation for him and I. Besides the excellent customer service, the rooms are spacious and CLEAN! The gym in the facility was very spacious and nice as well! Free internet, coffee, and the breakfast has variety and is delicious! Overall this is by far one of the best hamptons ive stayed at. Great hotel, extraordinary customer service, and clean. Next time my husband and I are in Santa Barbara area, we are definitely staying there again! « less
