Our second time back visiting this property which is now our favorite when visiting Buffalo for fun & shopping. All of the staff remembered us and welcomed us all back very warmly. Our rooms were ready for us even though we arrived before check in. Jennifer (the GM) was there to welcome us back.
Rooms were great as usual and the good news is that all of the rooms, hallways, front desk area and cafe area as well as outdoor terrace will be re-done. The new concept and colours look great, can't wait to come back to see it when it is all done.
Anyone visiting Buffalo for fun, leisure or shopping ....... this is the place to stay!

I stayed here along with a friend on May 2 & 3. We wanted a hotel close to the Walden Galleria and other shopping. We were both very pleased with our stay. Our rooms were very clean and pleasant. It was quiet during our stay which was great. The lobby and other shared areas were also neat and tidy. Breakfast was fine - usual cereal, bagels, yoghurt, toast, waffles and there were also 3 hot dishes offered as well. No complaints on our stay. Would definitely return. « less
