My first time at a country inn. I was pleasantly surprised. Not sure what to expect. They have all that you need from hot breakfast to comfortable rooms. Excellent selection of tv channels. Welcome cookies was a nice touch. Having computer terminal for email was nice as well although I had my own laptop. The restaurant next door was good and reasonably priced

We stayed overnight here after an evening dancing at the Medina Ballroom and it was perfect for us. We had a comfortable place to enjoy adult beverages with another couple in their sitting room area. Thanks to the front desk we had a town car to the concert at almost the same rate as the taxi "home". Wonderful breakfast with tons of hot coffee and two employees watching to make sure all of us had what we needed. I don't usually see that level of attention at the free breakfast, but I might have been down earlier than usual. Either way it was nice and we all felt pampered.
Room was clean, at a comfortable temperature and the bed was very comfortable. We forgot to request rooms close by, but the front desk made a switch at check in so all was good.
I read on a post about a stay at Christmas time of a credit card issue. I had the opposite thing happen. I dropped my credit card on the way to or from the breakfast room and someone turned it in to the front desk, who called me right away. How nice is that? « less

We arrived thursday afternoon and were welcomed by "D". He was very friendly and helpfull. We were given an incredible room on the third floor. this was our first time that we stayed in a suite. It was fantastic, The bed was very comfortable and the room spot on clean. All the staff worked hard and helped make our stay a great one. the breakfast was one of the best we ever had. Each day it was a little different. It is nice to stay where the emplyees care! thank you "D" and the rest of the staff. John and Andrea « less

On Feb 15th we enjoyed our first stay. Located 210 Carlson Parkway N. Off of 494 and 55 in Plymouth, mn. We were welcomed warmly by the staff and offered cookies. The hotel is smoke free, has a 3 key green rating. They donate soap products to the underprivileged. There is free high speed internet, week day newspapers and bottled water. The breakfast is an extended buffet and is very well attended by the staff. They use real glass dishes and silverware. It was our first stay and won't be our last. We visit the area every few months . We have stayed at a nearby inn many times and this was a very nice upgrade without A rise in price. « less
