I was actually charged for an extra night, then I was also charged 15 $ more than what they told me my total was once I looked on my statement. THEREFORE WATCH OUT FOR HOW MUCH THEY ACTUALLY WILL CHARGE YOU!! « less

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The restaurant staff is always friendly whenever I stay there. My grandchildren enjoy the weekend breakfast buffet. The front desk staff is accommodating and hard working. I visit my grandchildren about 4 to 5 times a year, and like to stay here in order to use the large indoor pool. The hotel is close to downtown New Albany which is a quaint place to visit. Restaurants and shops are wonderful. « less

The security door that went to our wing would stay open all night because the door and closure was broke. the rooms were remodeled but the handicap bars on the walls of the shower had broken tile behind them. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I think the place needs a thorough facelift. « less
