Was staying 3 nights on the first day I left in the morning very early,I came back to find my room was not made up -No change of sheets or bed made towels not changed. I told the night clerk and was told she just came in and could do nothing but write it down for the manager He never spoke to me on this The second day at breakfast I asked for a knive and was told they did not have any-I had to eat a waffle by cutting it with a plastic fork pulling it apart. The daytime clerk as I was leaving asked the maid to do my room as I left. The last day she asked at check out if the room was ok-yes it was side she told the maid to do it as I was standing there. I have been staying at this hotel for close to 30 years at least 6 nights a year « less

Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. Bed covered half the air conditioning unit/heat unit. When the beds were moved, the floor was filthy. The bathroom had hair all over the floor. No blankets on beds, just dirty looking bed spread. We requested blankets, extra pillows and more towels and got nothing. Way overpriced for the quality of the product. « less

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was incredibly dirty. The bath tub had not been cleaned for what I am judging to be months, There were dirt rims around and in the tub. The coffee pot in the room was dirty and had brown smear marks all over it? We had contacted the hotel prior to booking to ensure their breakfast would be available prior to 6am due to an early flight and we were assured that it would be. Upon arrival, I was told that the breakfast would only be out at 6:30am. I advised the guy working the counter that we had an early flight and that I had called to confirm that breakfast would be available but he just shrugged and said that if anything was out then we could have that. When going to take the shuttle another guest also advised that she had called the hotel to confirm that early breakfast would be available and was told the same thing. They did shuttle us to the airport but the return was an issue. They tell you to call them before you pick up your luggage which I did. A half hour later there was still no sign of the shuttle, called the hotel again and was told that the driver should be there any minute. Waited another half an hour before the driver showed up. Our car was in one piece when we got back to the hotel so I guess that was the only positive thing about this place. Will never stay there again!!! Pay the extra money to stay someplace else. « less

We arrived at 3am after a 6.5 hour drive and the light didn’t work so we had to use the bathroom light to navigate the room. The carpet was sticky, everywhere. There was brown stuff smeared on the wall. We slept a few hours and then moved to a better hotel for the rest of the weekend. I stayed at a different microtel in the past and it was a decent hotel. After staying here though, I won’t be staying at other microtels in the future. It was just gross. « less

Stayed one night as we were flying out the next morning. OK for one night, not any longer. Park and fly was a good deal though. Rooms were ok. Coffee was in the pot - we did not make it, it was left over from the guest before us. Some hairs on the bed. Staff was fine, shuttle was fine. « less
