The room just felt dirty. It had a strong cigarette smell, the curtains had stains and holes. The bathroom felt the same way, fixtures were nasty!

The staff was nice and made it easy to check in and out. I attempted to have a cup of coffee and was given stained mugs with coffee and lipstick on them. « less

needs total renovation! parking was horrible! staff was friendly and helpful, though. our room looked clean but did notice a few stains on the bathroom floor and walls. i was surprised to see that they allowed a guest to get a haircut in the hallway. Bed was comfy and clean, although the sofabed we used was old, dirty and the springs where uncomfortable.

I checked in early at 1pm and was given room 330. This room was old and in need of a makeover. There was no fridge or microwave, so I asked why and was told only a few rooms have this, even though it says that it is standard. The new room, 210 was a big improvement. New carpet, cabinets, fridge and microwave. It was updated decor and a big improvement over 330. The property is ok, a bit dirty but quiet and low price. It is hard to find even with a GPS. I didn't eat in the restaurant. Room service tray was piled in the stairwell for the entire 4 days I was there. « less
