This hotel is in a great location basically midpoint across Penn I-80 or I-76. The front desk check in and check out staff were helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and quiet. Our complaint is with the "mattress" if it could called that. The "mattress" in room 400 had no support, it was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it as at last 50 years old. It should have been replaced a long time ago! « less

We were visiting our son at Penn State. Our first evening we got back to the room after 11pm. My wife and I unpacked, washed up and got ready for bed. Pulled the blanket down and was stunned to find several human hairs (not ours) all over the sheets. Yuck! Called the front desk to complain. They immediately moved us to a suite a few rooms down which was fine. They did the right thing, but it should never have happened in the first place. I also would have expected an apology from the manager but we never heard from a staff member again. « less
