Staying at this Marriott was like any other - good customer service, good rooms, good breakfast. I will stay in the same hotel again the next time. This time I was with my family although most other trips were business related.
This hotel, while really well-maintained, is starting to show its age a little bit. The bathrooms are have a bit of wear and tear while the furniture is not as new as it used to be. But none if this is necessarily a bad thing as long as it remains hygienic which in this case it absolutely was. The indoor swimming pool was perfectly adequate for the kids although nothing special.
The staff was super nice and helpful and always kept a smile on their face even if other guests had some crazy requests. « less

I stayed at this hotel for one night and they have the worst customer service! They are not friendly when they check u in, they r not allowed to wow or so special requests like decorate a room and in the morning we specifically called for late check out and at 12:00 they came banging on our door telling us we needed to check out ?!? How rude this is the worst hotel stay I've ever had at a hotel just because of the service. « less

Let me please start by saying that if you look at my other reviews I always write a fair review and understand that dealing with the public has its challenges however we stayed two nights for a dance competition at a near by hotel and we regret the decision to stay at this Courtyard Marriott
We had a two queen room and it was very clean, pool was clean and the kids had a blast. The hot tub was actually hot too! Staff all past us and each and every one of them would say good morning or hello great job.
We did have a bad experience on our second night as the noise started at 1:00am and keep going until finally at 2:30am I got dressed and went to the front desk to complain about the party across the hall and requested the police be called as there is underage drinking. I was assured by the lady at the desk she will take care of it. She attended the room and kicked out a male who slammed the door on his way out of the room and then it was quieter however the police were never called... WHY?
In the morning I attended the front desk and expressed my dissatisfaction and wondered why housekeeping did not patrol the hallways as normal to stop people from partying late at night and was told the security logs show they did do a patrol which I truly find hard to believe or else the noise would have been taken care of a lot sooner and I would have been way more understanding. I was told they had many problems with that group of people all night in many other parts of the hotel. I also explained the cleaning person took all our beer cans and pop bottles we had set aside, it was no where near the garbage cans and I don't have any idea how she thought she could help herself!!!
The beds are not what we have come to expect from a Marriott as they were very uncomfortable and were small queen beds as well the pillows were small. We are silver elite members too with many stays combined between my wife and myself in various Marriotts.
We will find other accommodations next time we are in the area and will be complaining to Marriott corporate office as the party should have been stopped a lot sooner by more diligent security patrols. « less

I stayed in a 1st floor room which was fine. The only thing I found odd was that there was a sliding glass door that opened onto the lawn just steps from where I parked my car. I don't see when it would ever be used as there was no way to lock the door from the outside. If your concerned about security I would suggest a 2nd floor room. The pool and restaurant were both very nice. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but saw a family in there having a great time. I did eat at the restaurant and found the food to be ok but would reccomend drive 1/4 mile down the road to one of several restaurants on Mercury Drive. The staff was great and I had no issues while there. Perfect for a quick business trip. « less
