The guest computer is long past its prime. The couch in our room has and opening with stuffing showing. The carpets are very tired and worn. « less

We stayed at this hotel a couple of weekends ago for a family wedding. I spoke to the owner & he stated he was the new owner. It was very apparent he was trying to make our stay comfortable & was available to assist with any concerns we had. Obviously the property could use some updating & I'm sure they will do that in time however I felt they did what they could to accomodate us. I loved the pool - it was a comfortable temperature. « less

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. When we first arrived at our original room, it was inadequate. I had requested 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. We arrived to find that the room type we requested wasn't a type they had. The front desk girl offered a fold-a-way cot, which would have been suffice, however, there's was not enough room to set it up without limiting the space to get to the washroom and it would block the entrance to the room. My spouse had mobitiy issues. He was on crutches due to a total hip replacement, so we needed to make sure he could navigate without a trip hazard. The staff member recognized the problem we were having and said she would call her manager. She came back a few moments later to tell us that we had be upgraded to a suite at no additional cost! We had already had a very stressful day, so this was music to our ears! The staff and management went above and beyond with their treatment of us. Thanks for making our stay so comforting! « less

Booked the hotel for the kids to have a pool. Pool hours begin at 6am and did not open until after 11am (when we are supposed to check out). Breakfast: no milk for cereal, no butter for toast, no batter for waffle machine. Staff to cover front desk is same person to cover breakfast area ( she couldn't do it all). No towels in rooms. Toilet plugged - over an hour to have someone respond. Repeated attempts and requests to contact supervisor who never answered his phone once over the course of two days. Hotel is clean but service is very poor, and breakfast and pool ( which is part of the reason for choosing to stay) I would rate a "0". Service from staff poor due to lack of staffing. And lack of response from supervisor ( when staff repeatedly try to contact him) is unacceptable. « less
