Check in (night staff) was very hospitable and helpful even though my colleagues and I checked in at an odd hour. Rooms clean, maid can read the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, mini fridge and micro with full living/office area make this 'feel' more like a home than a hotel. Easy parking, gym and access to discount shopping. Starbucks is a short drive away. « less

This is a non-updated, but well maintained SpringHill. Overall, it's quite adequate, although a little dated as compared to other members of this brand. It was well cleaned, but on strange schedules, as other reviewers note. Breakfast was OK - I was a little off put by the lack of general understanding of food safety by the staff (ie: waffle batter being kept in open cups is unsanitary).
My biggest beef is the parking. $20 a night adds up quickly, and while many companies wont bat an eye at paying for it, it's just obnoxious. The garage is only for the hotel - it's absurd in this neighborhood to pay for parking. « less

Many stays in Buckhead; first stay here. Saved $30 by staying here rather than the usual Marriott Courtyard. If not new, it feels new. Room and lobby were fresh as a daisy. Bed and pillows were as comfortable as any Marriott anywhere. Complimentary continental breakfast was, while the usual fare, nicely presented with ample choices. I'll definitely be back. « less

We stayed here during the NCAA final four tournaments. The hotel is in a good location and is very nice. My main issue was with the staff. When we arrived back at the hotel after the first round of games, along with many other people, there was one person working the desk. He could not locate our luggage which had been stored earlier in the day. It took a little while until they found it. We also wanted to buy water bottles from their market area, but he was so busy he couldn't even get to us. The thing that made me very angry was that we asked for a late check out which we were given. However, the maid came in and told us that we needed to get out per her supervisor. When I told her we had a late check out she came into our room and started cleaning. Also, we had requested a room change and were never contacted during our stay as to whether that would be possible. « less
